Mr. Vinh An, one of the first qualified lawyers after 1975 in Vietnam, had practiced law for years under umbrella of Ho Chi Minh Bar Association during the early period of "Đổi Mới" (open door) policy.

 

In 2002, Vinh An Law Office was established by Mr. Vinh An after professional lawyer organisations for the first time recognized under Lawyers Ordinance in 2001.

 

With ASEAN integration, Vinh An Law Office affiliated with Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong Law firm of Malaysia in 2015 and changed its name as JLPW VINH AN LEGAL to strengthen the firm practice in cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
